A Talk on "Turkish Culinary Culture and Table Tradition" Was Held

As part of the cultural activities organized due to the declaration of 2025 as the “Year of the Family” by the Presidency, a discussion program organized by the Burdur Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services was held.

At the event, our school's Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay KİLİNÇ conducted a discussion titled “Turkish Culinary Culture and Table Tradition”. The program was attended by the directorate's employees and our citizens.

In the discussion, the unifying, integrative, and community-strengthening aspects of Turkish culinary culture and table tradition were emphasized from a historical perspective.
